Attorney Khanay Turner is the managing attorney and owner of the K.Y. Turner Law Firm, PLLC. The firm's practice areas are Business, Entertainment, and Estate Planning and Probate. The mission of the firm is to equip our clients with the necessary legal tools and solutions to serve their community, protect their legacy and create wealth for generations to come.

Attorney Khanay is a native of Fort Worth, Texas, and a proud graduate of two Historically Black Colleges and Universities: Prairie View A&M University and Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University.

Attorney Khanay has always been an activist and a social engineer for the betterment of all. Prior to launching the K.Y. Turner Law Firm, Attorney Khanay had an extensive career within government and public relations. She has served as Chief of Staff for Texas State Representative Toni Rose, Executive Director for the Texas Legislative Black Caucus, and the Political Outreach Director for the Beto O'Rourke Senatorial Campaign. Attorney Khanay is still heavily involved with community grassroots outreach, as she serves as the Director of Operations and Programs for the Barbara Jordan Leadership Institute. Attorney Khanay has extended her passion for the community to help small businesses, brands, and families to build wealth and protect the legacy they have worked so hard to create. 

Attorney Khanay has experience with working in the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Southern District of Texas, negotiating contracts with major record labels, such as Republic Records and Atlantic Records, and establishing Minority and Women Business Enterprise certifications for small businesses.
